Pesona Lounge Ubud is the next progression of the Pesona Beach Resort & Spa brand started more than 12 years ago on Gili Trawangan, Lombok. A mix of heritage luxury and modern indulgence, we have created the perfect comfortable respite after a busy day exploring the wonders of Ubud.

OUR BODIES ARE TEMPLES - ONLY THE BEST INGREDIENTS
Our dishes are prepared with only the freshest of ingredients which are sourced as locally as possible.
We proudly boast the use of free range chicken eggs, also known as "happy eggs", delivered straight from the farm to our kirchen.
We make our own yogurt and also Indian cheese, known as paneer. More cheese please? Two of our most popular menu items feature velvety, stringy melt in your mouth burrata cheese, made fresh in Bali!
We finish everything off with micro-greens and edible flowers, for that extra health boost and rounded out flavor.

Kitchen
Our Chef Ucok, from Java, has worked in some of the top Indian restaurants in Bali and Java for over 10 years!
Highly skilled and trained in the art of Indian cooking, he is our master curry maker. He created the perfect Burrata Butter Chicken recipe, balancing flavors for a one of a kind dish.
A passionate family man, he brings that same passion into the kitchen day after day.

Bar
Our Head Bartender comes all the way from Papua. Masterfully skilled at using the dehydrator, the smoking gun as well as creating intriguing infusions.
One of the limited few Indonesians that has learned the art of fatwashing, he is able to take an already exquisite drink and give it that something extra.
He boasts a green thumb that lovingly grows many of our herbs and spices in house. His favorites being butterfly pea and curry leaves!
Ketut
Front of house
Ketut is from mainland Bali and we are lucky to have him. With his incredible knack for remembering customer names as well as being master order taker, he is an integral part of our team.
He often brings in plants and flowers from his own garden to help decorate the restaurant. Bringing his passion for Pesona Lounge to life.
When he isn’t on the job he loves practicing his Kecak dancing, a traditional Hindu Balinese dance.
